Creating passion: your responsibilities
As a Business Consultant (m/f/d), you will act as the key interface between business and IT. You will advise our divisions and companies on digital transformation initiatives and ensure effective business-IT alignment across the domain Warehousing & Logistics.
Key tasks:
- Analyze and optimize business processes, promoting best practices in the domain Warehousing & Logistics
- Coordinate initiatives related to creating conceptional (pre-)studies to recommend a comprehensive way forward for reaching business goals
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and describe IT requirements
- Consult IT projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and oversee the whole lifecycle of service delivery
- Contribute to the selection of new IT solutions
- Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders
- Work closely with Domain Architects, Demand Manager and Solution Architects
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in the domain Warehousing & Logistics
- Several years of experience in consulting
- Experience in process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset and structured working style
- Fluent in German and English, any other European language B1 level is a plus.
