On behalf of our client, an innovative, international hidden champion with strong regional roots, we are seeking a committed Production Manager (m/f/d) in the greater Ravensburg area who is ready to take on responsibility, further develop structures, and successfully implement change projects together with their team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a gross annual salary of EUR 75,000 to EUR 90,000, depending on previous experience. Ref. 46329

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for the operational management of production activities at the site
• Leading, motivating and developing the 45 staff members through clear communication, coaching and by setting an example
• Ensuring a smooth production process in regard to quality, efficiency, availability and timeliness
• Continuous development of production processes, structures and working methods
• Technical optimisation of existing plants and support for planned investments and modernisation projects
• Further development of safety and security standards as well as promotion of safe and responsible working practices
• Close collaboration with site management, related areas and other international production sites

Anforderungen

• Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or process engineering or similar technical qualification with further education (technician or master craftsman)
• Several years of experience in a similar role such as Production Director (m/f/d), Plant Manager (m/f/d) or Team Leader (m/f/d) in an industrial production environment
• Experience in managing, optimising and ensuring the long-term development of production areas
• Knowledge in Lean Management, process optimisation and occupational health and safety
• Good to very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
• Solid technical understanding as well as a structured way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong commitment, a hands-on-approach and being ready to get involved
