Head of International Sales Support (m/f/d)


LTS Licht & Leuchten GmbH, based in Tettnang, is part of the Fagerhult Group and manufactures high-quality, technical luminaires and professional lighting solutions. Our products are successfully distributed worldwide. For us, light is magic!

In your role you will contribute and support the further transformation of our business as well as the implementation of our strategy into our daily business.

Your duties and tasks

  • Lead, manage and direct all customer service activities in the international sales team

  • Ensure a profitable business by building business cases for big projects to meet company targets 

  • Provide superior customer support by pro-actively identifying issues, developing solutions, and accepting ownership to a successful closure in a timely and effective manner

  • Providing overall guidance to our sales companies and setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved for each sales company

  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with our Fagerhult sister companies 

  • Traveling to our sales companies to present company offerings and build brand awareness in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing 

  • Co-operation between Sales, Manufacturing/planning, Quality and other departments to ensure customer needs are met 

  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements

Your experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred

  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills

  • Effective communication skills in German and in English
